Be transported to Hong Kong without a plane ticket as this stall delivers its signature roast pork dishes! Started by owners from Hong Kong, you can be sure that the food from this stall has that authentic Cantonese taste.

With the use of their blended five spices powder (no, nothing to do with KFC), it is no surprise that they have a  more unique taste as compared to other stall serving the same dish. Located at 55 Zion Road, they are open from 8am to 8pm daily; plenty of time to get your roast pork fix!


3. Kim Heng HK Roast Meat

They certainly aren’t stingy with their sauce, so your roast pork is going to have that obsidian gleam, and that sweet and salty tang. Besides roast pork, they offer other delicacies like roast duck or char siew rice, and you can rest assured that your meat is going to be fresh and tender as they put their chickens and duck on display. Hidden in a small corner of Chinatown and lying along 6 Keong Saik Road, Foong Kee has one of the best of roast pork dishes in Singapore. The crispy skin of their self roasted meats is definitely make your meal more enjoyable.

Not only is their roast pork crispy with a tender middle, they also serve delicious pig’s ear, lemongrass aloe vera, and braised rice. 烧肉 has never sounded so atas, eh?

We’d say that a recipe that has a value of millions of dollars is worth trying. What’s special about it is that an electronics company, Aztech Group, bought over the stall for $4 million. $4 freaking million dollars!

For many, including the CEO, this stall holds many childhood memories as they have feasted on its dishes since young, where the quality has never truly dropped since. As the original chef is still around, you can head on over to 125 Upper Paya Lebar Road to try her million-dollar (literally) dish.


7. Nan Xiang Chicken Rice

Despite the name, their roast pork and duck are must-haves. You are able to get a loaded plate of either pork or duck for affordable prices, and chewing their soft meat will ensure that your meal is satisfactory! If you’re near Marine Parade, get going towards 271 Tanjong Katong Rd to try their dishes!


8. 88 Hong Kong Roast Meat Specialist
