With Google’s mesh network, each Google Wifi point creates a high-powered connection, and they work together to determine the best path between points for your data.

So now you have a solid Wi-Fi connection at every corner of your house or office. So to those who think that Google is blanketing Singapore with Wi-Fi, here’s the bad news: Google Wi-Fi is to improve your current Wi-Fi connection, not create new one. But then again…

Yay, now I can bring my phone into the toilet while streaming a movie.

2) Network Assist

There’s a feature called Network Assist. What it does is that it manages and optimizes your Wi-Fi network behind the scenes so you just lepak one corner and let it work its magic.

It searches for the clearest channels to connect Wifi points to one another, and to your devices. So you just need to mind your websites or movies while Google Wi-Fi will mind your connection.
