Of course, how can we forget Simon Road Hokkien Mee?

There is something special about this stall, besides the fact that it is an extremely old stall. Simon Road Hokkien Mee does not use the thick bee hoon usually found in Hokkien mee.

They use the thin bee hoon variation to soak up the prawn soup stock, making the plate of mee drier as you eat. The ingredients are plenty and it is definitely worth every single cent you pay for.
