Like Carousell, Refash is an online platform that allows you to buy and sell preloved fashion items. However, what sets it apart is that the preloved fashion items are almost brand new and you can have a look and feel of the items at any of the 3 of their physical outlets, including their most popular outlet at City Plaza!
Shop for almost brand new dresses, tops, bottoms, bags, accessories and shoes for as low as $5! It’s the ultimate destination for cheap shopping in Singapore for clothes! You can find all sorts of unbranded and also branded items for prices you can never find on the market! If your closet is bursting and you’re too busy and lazy to do the selling yourself, you can also drop off your items for Refash to sell on your behalf.
The City Plaza outlet is also where they hold their warehouse sale, so be sure to follow their social media to be updated on when that happens!

Buy “Cheap” Blogshop Clothing
One of the most popular things that City Plaza is known for, you can also buy cheap blogshop clothing at City Plaza.
City Plaza is known as a wholesaler for blogshop fashion and used to be the place that local blogshops used to go to buy their stock. However today, with Taobao and other B2B platforms, it’s easy for us to get our own blogshop clothes at wholesale prices, it’s still a fun to venture out to City Plaza with friends to haggle for discounts and buy in bulk. Just like in Bangkok!
Most of these stores are located in the same corner as Refash.
Arnold’s Fried Chicken
Another one of the most popular reasons to visit City Plaza is to visit Arnold’s Fried Chicken, the pioneer halal eatery in Singapore that first opened in City Plaza 30 years ago! And there popularity still remains, with long snaking queues everyday!
People are still raving over their signature spring chicken and people can be seen queuing, no matter the time of day.
Unit no.: #02-99
Opening Hours: 11am – 10pm
Pooh Nah City Homemade Noodle (City Plaza Ban Mian)
Located on the 5th floor in the City Plaza food court, Pooh Nah City Homemade Noodle is famous for their “ban mian” and other handmade noodle varieties.
While the price of their noodles has increased over the years, its taste remains just as delicious and savoury!
Unit no.: #05-02
Opening hours: 10am – 8pm from Monday to Saturday. 10am – 7pm on Sunday.
Power Photo Store
This old camera shop is a gem! Find things like old telephones, walkmans, discmans, film, vintage cameras and watches.
Collectors for vintage cameras will love heading over to check out those rare old gems! You can even check out their Carousell account at carousell.com/brianlingo to check out what else they have to offer.
They also fix old cameras, really helpful as there aren’t many places that can fix vintage cameras anymore, due to the lack of knowledge and tools to do so. If you’re lucky, you might even find some vintage gaming consoles and games!
Unit no.: #01-42
Opening Hours: 11.30am – 8.30 pm, not open on Saturdays
Traditional Clothing Shops
It’s always a hassle to look for places that sells a whole variety of traditional clothes, whether it’s for a celebration or for Racial Harmony Day. In City Plaza you can find a whole range of saris, baju kurungs, cheongsams and more for reasonable prices!
Whatever the event or traditional costume you need is, you’ll most probably be able to find it at City Plaza!
Get Your Brows Done
So after shopping and eating, you can end of your trip to City Plaza with some pampering! There’s a brow bar in City Plaza that only costs $6 to have your brows done.
They also have services like eyebrow embroidery, mole removal, eye lash extensions and make up services. This particular shop is Hunny Beauty Parlour, open daily for some personal grooming.
Opening Hours: 10am – 9 pm Daily
Since you’re here, why not watch a video about an NTU student who went all out to impress his crush, only to end up in…tragedy? Here, watch it and do remember to share it (and also subscribe to Goody Feed YouTube channel)!
