We all know who are the best at it when it comes to taking things that do not belong to them. #justsaying.
Last Friday, a Chinese Couple was arrested for allegedly stealing 150kg of Chrysanthemum flowers from Shanghai Disneyland.
The monitoring camera surveillance footage from Shanghai Disneyland showed the couple stealing the planted chrysanthemums in the dead of night and the incident occured for around 90 minutes – with one collecting the flowers while the other kept watch.
According to Chinese news site, Thepaper.cn, the couple told the police they spent 90 minutes pulling out 2,500 flowers. They also stole the flowers on several other occasions in October. The two couples are not permanent residents in Shanghai. The couple also admited to selling the flowers in Hangzhou and other cities.
But seriously, did they not think that anyone would catch them doing that? I mean, stealing objects like wallets can easily be disguised, but flowers along the sidewalk? Well, that takes another level of courage to do so.
On a side note, they must also have hidden really well in one of the attractions for the guards to not have noticed them while doing a last sweep of the attraction before closing it.
