Karaka-Men

The KARAKA-men features a pork broth ramen with al dente noodles, topped with ingredients such as pork belly chashu, minced meat with miso paste and other condiments.

The tantalising broth is also prepared from a blend of spices that will wow your taste buds to no end.

Akamaru Shinaji

If you like your soup to be rich, then this will satisfy your palette.

The creamy broth features a specially blended miso paste and garlic oil, making you want to savour every drop.

Shiromaru Motoaji

You can never go wrong with this bowl, a classic Hakata-style ramen that features thin and straight noodles, pork loin, pork belly, bean sprout, black fungus and spring onion.
