What is GrabPay Credits?

The GrabPray credits system is essentially an online paying system that allows you to go cashless! All you’ve to do is to top up credits to your Grab account via your VISA/Mastercard and you’ll be able to use it as and when you book a ride!

Only on 12 May 2017, Grab will be giving out free S$20 credits from 11am – 11pm!

All you’ve to do is top up S$100 in your GrabPay Credits account and Grab will reward you with 20% more credits! And if you’re someone who always has to travel long-distance rides, this is equivalent to 1 FREE ride!

You’ll also receive an additional 20% credits when you top up another S$50! This will really be perfect for those who uses Grab regularly.

Even if you don’t, the credits only expire a year later so you can still use the credits as and when you want throughout the year!

How to top up GrabPay Credits:

1. On the GrabPay menu, select “Top-up Credits”.
2. On the Credits page, select the top-up value and the preferred payment method which will indicate the list of options available.
3. Follow the instructions for the particular payment method selected.
4. Once the top-up is successful, a pop-up screen will appear with details on the transaction.
5. The Credits screen reflects the new total balance.

• Each redemption is entitled to 20% more GrabPay credit top-up (max $50) if they top-up a minimum of $100 only.
• 20% extra credits will only be up to $50 max per user. If your top-up is worth anything more than $250, you would only be eligible for a maximum of $50
