For such a famous star, it’s quite incredible that Britney Spears had never performed a full concert in Singapore before.
The only other time she even came was a closed-door showcase about 20 years ago.
Dubbed the Princess of Pop by many, Britney Spears is well-known for her energetic pop songs for years. Just last year, she released her latest studio album, Glory, which was named best pop album in 2016 by Rolling Stones.
For Singaporean fans of Britney, she’s actually coming to perform live!
Unfortunately, the concert is only going to happen for 1 night, on 30 June 2017, so fans would have to grab the tickets as fast as they can. As of now, no details have been released yet apart from the date itself, so you’d better keep an eye on the Facebook page.
Her world tour this time is borne of a decision to develop her residency show into a global tour, Britney: Live in Concert.
Not even the location or seating arrangement have been released, so better save up for the tickets now! They’re not likely to be cheap at all, considering this is one of the most influential musicians of our age.
