We also tried the Korean buckwheat noodles that came with the Salmon Dosirak, and it was a really refreshing change! My family was a big fan of the other Dosiraks because not only did they taste good, it was a healthy substitute from our usual meals. Best thing was that the ingredients used in each Dosirak really complemented one another. The paste used was the traditional Korean dressing which tasted something like those they use with Topokki (Korean rice cake) – a little sweet, yet spicy that made it really palatable.

I would definitely recommend you to try it. It’s great, especially when you’re on the go or need something healthy to eat for lunch!
