PARKROYAL’s Crab Feast Is Back! Feast on As Many Crabs As You Want At Just S$68++

Normal buffets are usually rather unimaginative. Occasionally you’ll see seasonal menus, or an extensive dessert bar, or some small feature. Not PARKROYAL on Beach Road, however. When they do buffets, they go big.

I’m not just talking great-seafood-with-a-lot-of-crabs big. I’m talking an extensive selection of 6 different kinds of unlimited crabs big.

Oh yeah, you read that right.

PARKROYAL on Beach Road is offering 6 different flavours of crab in their Crab Feast, starting 9 April, for only S$68++ per pax!

I bet you’re curious about the 6 flavours. Luckily for you, we can personally attest to the quality and deliciousness.

Here they are!

1. Chilli Crab with Mantou

The good ol’ classic Chilli Crab. In Singapore, you don’t talk about crab without talking about chilli crab. The sweet and spicy chilli sauce pairs perfectly with the succulent crab meat, and normally when you run out of crab, you’ll use the fried mantou to scoop up the rest of the awesome sauce.

The difference here is, you’re not going to run out of crab. Or the mantou.

2. White Pepper Crab

A famous riff on the other Singaporean classic, this dish uses white pepper instead of black pepper. For those who prefer a lighter kick with their crab, the white pepper crab won’t disappoint. The lighter intensity enhances the naturally sweet flavour of the crab and retains the zing that Singaporeans know and love.

3. Cereal Crab

You’ve heard of cereal prawns, but prawns are very small crustaceans, compared to crabs. PARKROYAL knows this, so they’ve decided to combine the delicious crabs with the sweet and fragrant cereal that’s so ubiquitous in restaurants.

4. Petai Crab

Sometimes it’s difficult to have the flavours of the ingredients penetrate the thick shell of the crabs while cooking. It’s probably part of the reason why crabs are usually cooked with very intense spices. In response to that, PARKROYAL came up with the petai crab, where the more intense flavours of the petai beans pair perfectly with the whole shelled-crab for an incredible new experience.

5. Salted Egg Crab

What’s an unlimited crab feast without the flavour sensation that is salted egg? Recently salted egg anything swept the nation, and a huge boom of salted egg flavoured dishes in various forms appeared seemingly out of nowhere. I’m sure many of you love the salty and creamy taste of the salted egg sauce, and PARKROYAL’s salted egg crab is one of the more decadent and rich variations out there.

6. Ginger Hua Tiow Crab

Last, but definitely not least, is the fragrant ginger hua tiow crab. Drizzled in a delectable ginger and hua tiow gravy, the incredible fragrance will be sure to draw you in, even from the moment you step into the restaurant.

Like, I’m not kidding the thing smells so good. It was all we could do to stop ourselves going mad while taking those photos.

In other words, we highly recommend not missing this opportunity to gorge yourself on what’s possibly the widest selection of unlimited crabs in Singapore. Click here to book yourself a seat now!
