Song Jihyo Has Spoken Out About Gary’s Sudden Marriage & It’s Pretty Sad

Say what you will about me, but I’d admit that when news of Kang Gary’s secret marriage broke, the first person I thought of was Song Ji Hyo.

Just like any other Monday Couple fans out there, I wished that they are a couple in real life.

Yes, us men indulge in such fantasies from time to time.

Song Ji Hyo was in Malaysia with a few of the Running Man cast for a fan meet which includes Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, HaHa and Lee Kwang Soo.

The host of the event asked how she felt after Kang Gary’s sudden marriage announcement. 

So there I was, on the edge of my seat, anticipating some juicy details. Well, I got that and more. 

And to be honest, it’s pretty sad.

She revealed that she only heard about his marriage from the news.

That’s pretty heartbreaking, especially when you consider the fact that she only knew about being kicked off from Running Man from the news as well. 

Back then, she allegedly locked herself in a room and cried.

She went on to elaborate that because she only knew about his marriage from the news, she felt sad.

But she sincerely wishes him a happy marriage.

But that’s not all. 

She revealed that Gary has changed his number since, and hope he’ll call them whenever he’s able to.

When she heard about his marriage, she had sent a text to congratulate him but did not receive a reply.
