Now, you don’t have to wait till 6pm for a decent dim sum meal, neither will you have to borrow your parent’s car just to drive all the way to Farrer Park at midnight to curb your cravings. While some might view that it is overrated, it still has a strong standing as many Singaporean’s go-to dim sum stall.

Some of the popular favorites from the dim sum stall include the widely sought-after Mee-Suah Kueh, which is also Swee Choon’s signature dish.

The Mee-Suah Kueh is essentially a deep-fried vermicelli cake which has similar texture and shape to that of a carrot cake – exuding a satisfying crunch with every bite.

Another dim sum which has won the hearts of many would be their Steamed Salted Egg Custard Bun, with tantalizing salted egg yolk custard oozing out of the soft steamed bun once peeled.

The salted egg yolk custard bun is not only a joy to savor but also many Instagrammer’s favorite dim sum to photograph at the stall.

Granted, this new initiative by the stall is going to draw even more customers, but that also means something – if the food isn’t good, none would bother to queue for it. #truth
