Taxi Driver Drove Against Traffic But Didn’t Meet his Maker: He Met TP Instead

I am sure we all have something we want to hide from everyone.

A dark secret, an embarrassing childhood photo, a big fat zero on a recent test…

Yes, it’s understandable that we want to avoid facing our weak spots.

Imagine failing a test: you’re trying to hide this horrendous piece of shi*t and your mom walks into your room and caught you in action!

No, this is so not a Doraemon scene.

But you get my idea– being caught by the one you’re hiding from.

This happened to a taxi driver recently.

According to Stomp, a SMRT cab driver was trying to reverse after he turned into a one-way street.

He was doing all good until he realised he’s reversing into a patrol car.

How wonderful!

As seen in the video, the police officers got out of their car and walked towards the taxi.

At the same time, the taxi driver also admitted to his fate (which isn’t very good if you can’t tell) and got out of his car.

All I can say is the police officers quite lucky ah, normally they’ll be chasing after offenders, but this one drove up to them.

It’s like money dropping from the sky (but not real money, maybe Monopoly money).

And what I can say for the taxi driver is that not only was he in the wrong, he was also very, very suay.

What netizens say

This is a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence, so let’s take a look at how the netizens react:

Well, not very encouraging I would say.

All in all, driving against traffic is a big no-no, no matter how close you are to your original route.

Please do not endanger the lives of others for your silly mistake.

It should be prohibited unless a tsunami is coming your way, but that will never happen here in Singapore, so don’t even think about it!

Since you’re here, why not watch a video about a guy who lodged a Police report here in Singapore because he was friendzoned? Seriously. Here, watch it and do remember to share it (and also subscribe to Goody Feed YouTube channel)!
