Hailing from Taiwan, Funsiamo is a fully equipped baking studio in Suntec City that highly encourages creativity. Their 1,200 sq ft kitchen has everything you need to make anything you want — recipes, ingredients and tools — you name it, they’ve got it!
Some of the things that people have created include Starry Night Macarons, Unicorn Cakes and Rainbow Cakes. The sky is truly the limit here and Funsiamo is really every baker’s dream!

3) Little Green Kitchen
If you are vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, fret not as we have not forgotten about you! Little Green Kitchen is dedicated to teaching such individuals how to cook healthy yet delicious dishes that are green and friendly.

Nanatangs mantra is “cake is life” and we couldn’t agree more. However, they don’t teach you to whip up just any old cake. Palate Sensations Cooking School is one of the more well known culinary schools in Singapore. Here, they provide both gourmet style baking and cooking classes. If you’ve always wanted to acquire more complex cooking techniques such as sous vide or if you’ve always wanted to learn how to make your own chocolate, Palate Sensations is the place for you!

Indian Spicebox is run by Namita, a cookbook author and Indian food expert, so you know that you’re in good hands! Despite Indian cuisine being incredibly complex and hard to learn, she manages to simplify it, making it easier for people of different learning capabilities to grasp the different recipes and cooking techniques.
Here, you can learn how to make a variety of classics such as curries, masala, tadka and rotis. There are even classes available for kids, so your little ones can learn something new as well!

9) Artistiq Sugarcraft
If you’re a passionate home-baker or someone who just loves flowers, Artistiq Sugarcraft offers three main speciality courses called Sugarflowers, Sugarpaste and Royal Icing. Here, you can learn how to make beautiful edible flowers and decorations.

10) Grandmother’s Recipes
For those of you who find comfort in nostalgic foods that remind you of the heydays, Grandmother’s Recipes is the place to take on some classes that will help you be able to do some of these dishes up yourselves.
The classes are run by Rosaline Soon, a chef who specialises in Teochew-Peranakan style cuisine. Here, you will be able to learn and master recipes that have been handed down for generations.
