School’s out for the year and to kick it off there are a whole host of events lined up for your kids. From 17 November to 31 December 2018, rather than just sending your kids for tuition classes and camps, do remember to take them out for a fun family time.

Date: 2 November 2018 – 6 January 2019

Venue: Flower Dome, Gardens by the Bay
Price: $8 (children), $12 (adults) – discounts for online ticket purchases available
Soak in the Christmas spirit at Gardens by the Bay with your favourite Disney Tsum Tsum characters. Be stunned by the grand displays of fairy lights and Christmas decorations. Disney characters including Mickey Mouse, Olaf and Dumbo will show you a jolly Christmas time, where the tallest live Christmas tree will be set up in the Flower Dome.

Fill your belly to the brim during the holidays at this event! Chow down on local delights like Otah Otah, Muah Chee and Chilli Crab with your friends. After you’re full, enjoy live music as you take a chill pill at the Singapore Turf Club.

As part of Night Safari’s Twilight Encounters this school holiday, challenge yourself to some mystery and discovery in Wildlife Cluedo. Immerse yourself into the flora and fauna as night falls. Learn to track and uncover the trails of nocturnal animals such as the fishing cat and leopard. Solve clues, collect stamps in different zones and you’ll get to receive an enamel pin.

Travel back in time to Ancient Greece, one of the many birthplaces of modern technology and science today! It wouldn’t hurt for your kids to continue to learn interesting things outside of school even during the holidays.
As a collaboration between Kotsanas Museum of Ancient Greek Technology from Greece and Science Centre Singapore, the “Ancient Greek Technology Travelling Exhibition” features more than 40 inventions in areas such as automation, programming, astronomy, time-keeping, and music, just to name a few.
Have your kids impress their science teachers by bringing them to the All Possible Paths: Richard Feynman’s Curious Life exhibition too!

This November, Resorts World Sentosa invites visitors to set sail on the high seas to welcome the first ever ONE PIECE exhibition in Singapore!
School your kids on a little pop culture by bringing to this exhibition to commemorate the longest-running anime series and over 440 million manga volumes in circulation worldwide. It’s only November but we’re already pressing repeat on our Christmas Spotify playlists and can’t get enough of Michael Bublé’s sweet voice. We also can’t wait for Orchard Road Christmas Light-up 2018 as well to usher in the festive season.
This year’s light-up will be extra special as Orchard Road Business Association has partnered up with Disney to bring Disney-themed light installations! Your kids will definitely love the Orchard Road Christmas light-up this year, which will be split into four distinct zones and will feature different characters and movies in each one.
