What’s this World Cucumber Day about, you ask? It’s a day where cucumber growers and farmers celebrate the fruit/vegetable/gourd. Created in 2011, Hendricks’ Gin has since celebrated it every year because it has given the drink its unusual flavour. Speaking of unusual, 42 participating bars in Singapore will accept the fruit/vegetable/gourd as payment for a Hendrick’s & Tonic from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. However, do note that it is limited to one redemption per person, and that it is capped to 60 redemptions per bar.
