The thing about being 25 is that once you reach that age, your commitments increase and you’ll find yourself time flying past, and before you know it, you’ll be entering your third decade of life soon. There are things that you should do before you reach 25 because now is the time for you to go ahead and explore the world, or rather, explore your own country.

This late night hot spot is worth going to for a breezy night even though it isn’t very accessible. Perfect for nights with friends.
Kayaking @Sports Hub
Get active and try out some water sports. Kallang Wave Mall is known for the rock climbing facilities but visitors shouldn’t miss out on the kayaking and pedal boating facilities either.
Pretty expensive but still worth the visit. You’ll get to learn how to ski and prepare for your future adventures in Korea or Switzerland.
Indies lovers should definitely head down here. Come here for a date with your partner while you’re still young, you’ll appreciate the place better instead of complaining.
Can’t afford to skydive overseas? This facility at Sentosa can make your dreams come true!
D’Kranji Farm Resort
Head away from the bustle of busy Singapore and stay over for a night or two. Take time to appreciate the nature around you before your commitments get too overwhelming.
Ever been Longkang Fishing when you were younger? Farmart allows you to relive those memories and explore more such as the bird species and feeding of koi fishes in the ponds.
Catch the sunset views, lounge around at Prive and dream about owning one of the yachts there. You might just be spurred to work harder for your future.
Never been here ever? You need to head down now and experience a different side of Singapore before you get too busy and Pulau Ubin becomes commercialised or urbanised. It’s a loss not to explore the trails here!
Increasingly popular, this place is good to go if you need a short escapade where you can simply cycle and listen to the sounds of nature to relax before your life starts going downhill in its social aspect.
Or any other island around Singapore other than Sentosa. Lazarus Island is known for the clear clean waters.
Universal Studios Singapore @ Resort World Sentosa
If you haven’t been here before you turned 25, that’s a shame. Head down and enjoy the rides plus long queues while you can still afford to!
Staycation at Boutique Hotels
Before you start getting too busy and start going for white, minimalist hotels because it’s cheap, try out some of the boutique hotels and document them as memories of your youth.
Love adventures? Love crime solving? Or do you basically investigate everyone you know? New place to hang out then!
Give fishing a shot before you turn 25. It might just help you be more patient when working towards your goals.
Laser Tag @Fort Siloso
Of all places, you should try out the one at Fort Siloso. It gives a good view of Singapore’s waters and will let you experience a more eerie atmosphere. After all, you are battling friends in a place that used to be a battleground for Singapore. Educational.
Fort Canning Park
Don’t think that there is nothing to do here. Have you visited the Tomb of Iskandar Shah? Head down there to find out more about the tomb. Easiest access is through the National Museum.
Haw Par Villa
People may think this area is pretty creepy because of the statues and vibes but you should definitely go down with your camera and immerse yourself in the culture feels.
West Coast Park
Never been here? It should be your kite flying hangout instead of Marina Barrage. Also, check out their adventure playground. Suitable for children and adults alike.
Dip your toes in what used to be a monsoon drain and be tickled by the tiny fishes there.
The Karting Arena
Go-Kart? Yes, GO! Do it before you turn 25, it’s an adventure worth the bucks.
LAN Cyber Shops
While it may be a favourite hang out for teenagers, those who will turn 25 soon should give this places a shot and spend hours on the computer playing your favourite games. Relive your memories, y’know?
Jurong East Swimming Pool
Don’t want to spend so much just to enter Wild Wild Wet? Jurong East’s pool is similar – just much cheaper. Lounge around in the lazy pool with a couple of friends because you won’t have the time to relax after you turn 25. Been to the summit of Bukit Timah Hill but never to the Singapore Quarry? You’re missing out! Ask around for shortcuts if you don’t intend to spend the whole day hiking.
Watch a play or two and show your support for local theatre. You might just change your views of local theatre and appreciate the arts scene better.
