Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle
The pick of the bunch, and probably the king of the hill (in Singapore at least), the Bar Chor Mee found here really forces you to wait — with waiting times as long as 120 minutes during meal times. It wouldn’t be odd either to see the occasional CEO or minister in the queue, and no they have to actually wait alongside everyone.
If you crave for the pork noodles here and don’t wish to wait 2 whole hours, you could try going really early when they open.

Macpherson Minced Meat Noodles
This stall features a protein rich pork broth and delightfully springy noodles, two aspects that would surely make the ‘pork noodles’ fanatic ecstatic. Interestingly, there’s a queue number system (Think Gong Cha), although the waiting time still takes up to an hour.

CCK 302
The pork noodles served here are a huge favourite with customers, especially during supper times. With springy noodles and generous servings of pork, this stall takes up the last spot of this list.
