Salt Grill and Sky Bar is an Australian restaurant, showcasing stunning view of Orchard Road from the 55th floor. The restaurant is being run by celebrity chef, Luke Mangan.
In the menu you could opt to get Asian classics, chef’s signature dishes and also premium Australian beef. You’ll also be served a variety of wine collection and cocktails to enjoy with the view.
The restaurant is a semi fine dining establishment, so customers are advised to follow a smart casual dress code (no t-shirt, shorts and slippers combo). Other than that, sit back and indulge in a romantic setting experience.

Maggie Joan’s is a Mediterranean inspired cuisine creating a culinary journey of flavors. Hidden gems are now a hype among millennials, and this restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in the city.
The atmosphere of the restaurant brings in the romantic vibes, having wooden furniture and exposed brick walls to top it off with dim lights. Their menu is perfect for any kind of palate.
A couple of dishes that are recommended is their House Baked Sourdough with Smoked Beef Fat Butter, Mangalica Pork Chop & Red Pepper Puree and Lamb Ragu & Parmigiano Reggiano. Drop by and feast on some good food and wine!

Potato Head Folk is a restaurant and bar housed in an iconic building on Keong Saik Road. There are four floors to this unique building — the first floor houses their dynamic burger restaurant, the second is a relaxed restaurant with table service, the third floor is a drinking den, and the rooftop is an open-air bar.
It’s not the most conventional romantic spot that people know of, but a very unique one for a fun date! With more than one choice of setting, you can jump from floor to floor to experience different dining and drinking experiences.
They even have events held regularly there, and that comes with good music. The burgers at their joint comes highly recommended, so remember to order that.

Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora
Ocean Restaurant is the only underwater restaurant in Singapore. You can only imagine how romantic it is to be dining with fishes, sharks and manta rays swimming around you. (Okay, maybe not the sharks, but if you’re a lover of sea creatures, this will be an experience to remember.)
They serve Californian-Mediterranean inspired dishes of natural ingredients and fresh local produce. Recommended dishes by the chef are sous vide salmon and crispy skin barramundi.

Porta is a modern European inspired cuisine restaurant, inviting you to a very homely ambiance. Their dishes are all skillfully combined with fresh produce and seasonable flavors.
Their a la carte menu is updated every season to bring a fresh experience every time.
There are a couple of differently designed rooms, and also a retail shop selling their gourmet products used to cook their dishes. Overall, a lighthearted kind of ambiance for a romantic lunch or dinner with your partner is perfect here!

When you’ve arrived to Gardens by the Bay’s plaza, you’ll receive a special pick up by their buggy service to the restaurant, already a plus point for a romantic ride over to Pollen. The restaurant has a magnificent view of Marina Bay skyline and waterfront.
Just like the name of the restaurant, the place is surrounded by Mediterranean garden with exotic flowers and plants, giving you the full romantic dining experience. Kitchen is ran by Steve Allen, previously from Gordon Ramsay’s 1 Michelin-starred Claridge’s in London.
Dishes are inspired by French-Mediterranean cuisine, all of fresh produce and inspired by the gardens themselves. Dine with the flowers at Pollen.
