Standing Sushi Bar

Besides their $5 salmon sashimi promotion on Mondays, the Standing Sushi Bar also have $2 sake and $5 beer, wine, hot sake and umeshu promotion on weekdays (Mon-Thur). One downside is that without reservation, you won’t be able to enter the restaurant without queueing for at least one hour.

This no-frills underground drinking den has no happy hour but they have really cheap beer round the clock! Pay only $18 for a 1.5 litre jug of beer, $30 for 6 bottles of San Miguel Light and Stella Artois or $12 for 2 bottles of Hoegardens!! They also have chicken wings to go with your drinks and a pool table for you to play at! Definitely the most heartlander bar with a very local and homely vibe.
