It’s hard to resist deep-fried food especially when they have an addictive crunch and pack a punch of flavour. However, deep-fried food is usually unhealthy, greasy and high in calories.

If you find it hard to ditch fried food, we’ve the perfect solution for you – cooking with an air fryer!

AIR FRIED BAGEL RECIPE!💯🔥 . These are absolutely amazing. Shout out to my mom for sharing this recipe with me! They are so fluffy and soft and WAY LOWER CARB than any bagel you will ever buy! Now you can enjoy a Bagel Breakfast Sandwich completely guilt free!! . 💯Macros for 1 bagel: 145 Calories – p7/c27/f0 *these macros take into consideration the extra flour i had to add while kneading the dough!* . Ingredients: •1 cup Flour – I used Gluten Free Flour •2 tsp baking powder •3/4 tsp salt •1 Cup non fat Greek yogurt •1 egg white beaten Topping: •I used Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel seasoning but you can use anything! . Directions: •Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and whisk to combine. •Add yogurt and mix with a fork until well combined. It’ll look like small crumbles. •Dust counter with flour, remove dough from bowl and knead the dough a few times until it is no longer tackey. You will need to slowly add a tiny bit more flour to the dough until it is no longer sticking to your hands. •Divide into 4 equal balls, roll each ball out with your hands into a 3/4 inch thick “rope”. Turn rope into a circle by joining the ends. •Brush tops with egg whites and sprinkle your seasoning over the top. •Pre heat air fryer to 325. •Spray bagels with cooking spray and cook for 11-12 minutes. No need to turn or flip. •Let cool and enjoy!!! . Last day in August 🎉 calls for a FRYday FRIyay celebration! 🍟⠀ ⠀ Thanks to a recent reminder from @gwenkirles and @queencitybites, I dug up one of my old favorite OG CFF EBTB air fryer recipes (maxed out on acronyms yet again…) to share today! ⠀ Take one ☝🏻 eggplant 🍆, slice it into 1/4” strips coat in WF flour • egg • @daveskillerbread breadcrumbs • @traderjoes EBTB seasoning mix • no oil required 🙀 • air fry for ab 5-7 mins or bake at 425 for 20 • just pair with hummus for a snack or protein + more veggies for a full spread! . . For those of you who have messaged me about getting or thinking about getting an air fryer…a few tips to be successful —> don’t overcrowd!, give your food space. Preheat just like you would any oven. Make sure to properly bread (and season!) your food in every step. Invest in a spray bottle (like an actual spray bottle you can spray OIL when needed). Halfway thru cooking, re-spray oil anddd turn the contents. Use toothpicks to hold down light foods or things that could easily move around!⠀ ⠀ Happy LDW, friends! 🇺🇸…sorry couldn’t help it 🙊

Trying to cut down on carbs? Keep your tummy satisfied with air-fried eggplant instead of rice or noodles!

This recipe does not require any oil – a key to keeping the calories low. Plus, the breadcrumb coating gives the eggplant a nice texture.

Prefer it spicy? Sprinkle some chilli flakes or make yourself a chilli dip to go with the snack!

4. Buffalo chicken egg rolls

BUFFALO CHICKEN EGG ROLLS!!! Like and save this post 💗! And guess what, these beauties are healthy and not even fried 🙌🏼! Click the link in my bio for full recipe or see below for abridged version 👇🏼!!! 1️⃣ Boil chicken breast in chicken broth until cooked through, shred. 2️⃣In a large skillet, melt your butter. Add the white part of sliced green onions and cook for a minute or two. Then add your shredded cabbage and cook for one minute. Then, the shredded chicken. Immediately after adding the chicken, coat in the Frank reds hot sauce and stir to combine. Move to a bowl and let it cool. 3️⃣ Once mixture is cool, fill a small bowl with water. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place buffalo chicken filling diagonally across. Top with bits of your blue cheese. Roll up! 4️⃣ Air fry at 380 degrees for 9 minutes or until golden. Flip and fry again for 5 minutes! Serve alongside my skinny blue cheese (recipe is at the bottom of the blog post!!!)

5. Ranch zucchini chips

There’s really not much to prepare when you’re making this snack. Simply cover each slice of zucchini in the flour mixture and dip them into the ranch dressing.

For extra crunch, cover your zucchini slices in bread crumbs and air fry them to perfection! Don’t forget to bring along a variety of sauce dips such as roasted red pepper hummus or mayonnaise to cater to different palates!

You don’t have to sit by the campfire to enjoy a good ol’ corn on the cob.

RECIPE POST 🧚🏻‍♀️, but first…HELP! What do I name these 🍕(they are wonton wrappers stuffed with pizza toppings)?! 🍬Mini Pizza Pop-Tarts 🥫Crispy Pizza Ravioli 🥖Homemade Pizza Rolls The recipe couldn’t be easier: 1️⃣ Get Prepped! Start by cutting your eggroll wrappers into 4 vertical strips and the again into 3 horizontal strips, try and keep the stacks matched up for easier assembly. Then dice pepperoni 2️⃣Take a 1/4 tsp of marinara sauce and add it to the center of one of the wrapper squares, sprinkle some mozzarella then add your diced pepperoni. 3️⃣ Dip your finger into water and trace along the edge of the other wrapper then. Place it over the wrapper with the ingredients and pinch really well around the edges so none of that deliciousness gets out. 4️⃣ Brush either side of the ravioli with olive oil and place into the air fryer, be sure they aren’t overlapping. I was able to fit in about 10 at a time. You could also bake these.. 5️⃣ Put in your air fryer at 380 degrees for 4 minutes then flip and allow to cook for another 2 minutes.
