Hello kiasu Singaporean! NTUC membership card is definitely one of the cards you have in your wallet, right? If you don’t, I’m sure your parents own them.
And there’s good news to be shared here! Universal Studios Singapore (USS) Ticket is going at $10 each for you NTUC card members. Usual price would cost you $74. That’s definitely a huge savings—you do the maths! However you could only purchase up to 2 tickets per member. This is an exclusive event for NTUC members as there will be fireworks too! Wait did I just say event? Yes, that means you will only get to use that ticket on that day itself.
Only that day? Worth it or not?
Definitely worth it la! Apart from the irresistible price, and the fact that you are able to enjoy those fun rides, you will get to watch fireworks too! We all love fireworks, right? Being a members-only event, how often do you get to attend a membership event will all the excitements lined up, entering the USS like a VIP for only $10? That’s worth your red note.
Haiya…too late already la. I might have other plans.
Nope! It’s not too late as the event is on the 3 May 2015, 5.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. Yup! It’s more than a month ahead. Surely you have an empty slot on your calendar right? Why not size this chance? I mean how often you will get an entrance to USS with just $10? Just be sure to get the tickets by 27 March!
I don’t have an NTUC card. How?
Simply apply for one via this link: http://goo.gl/dwh1ze . Sometimes they will have a booth set up outside their supermarket where you could apply for NTUC membership, too.
I’m not an NTUC member, but someone gave me his ticket. Can I still go?
If you’re not a member, even if you happened to receive the ticket from someone, you would not be granted access as an NTUC membership card is needed to be shown on the event day.
Where can I purchase a ticket?
So where & when can I collect the tickets?
You may collect the tickets between 30 March to 17 April 2015 at NTUC Members’ Hub @ NTUC Centre
#B1-01, One Marina Boulevard
Monday-Friday : 9am-12noon/ 2pm-6pm
However the place is closed on Sundays and public holidays, so do take note before coming down for collection.
Please bring along your e-receipt (you will receive this once payment have been made) and NTUC card for verification purposes. You will be given a wristband together with the admission ticket. Remember, you are required to bring your NTUC card, the wristband and ticket on the day of event.
