This app will solve your problem of needing to pee during a movie

Okay, when we first came across this app, we laughed ourselves silly, yet at the same time, we were pretty impressed by the developer’s idea as well. We pride ourselves on being funny, yet helpful at the same time and this app has taken the icing on the cake, period.

This app is called Run Pee, and the idea behind it, is to solve the problem of having to visit the toilet in the middle of an awesome movie.

Have you ever had this experience before? You’re in the movies, and you’re just getting to the exciting part, when you suddenly feel the urge to pee, urgently. So there you are, trying to find the best time to visit the toilet, yet the action scenes just refuse to end. You find yourself growing distracted, trying to hold things in as well as paying attention to the screen, which proves to be Mission Impossible.

Just when it starts to show the boring parts again, you ran to the toilet, only to come back and realized that you’ve just missed the most awesome part of the movie. No matter who you’re with, or how good they are at telling you about the parts you missed, it’s just not the same as watching the scenes yourself.

What could have turned out to be the 5 star movie of the week, became a 4 star for you; and you can’t blame anyone but yourself. Do you have such experiences before? Are you someone who can’t hold in your bladder to save your life?

If you’ve answered yes to the above questions, then this app is just for you!

Run Pee is a hilarious and useful app that’s pretty easy to use. You’d find yourself looking at a list of movies which are showing in the cinema, and when you select a movie, it will show you the hilariously designated Peetimes.

So, what’s a Peetime? It’s basically a time frame of 3 to 5 minutes scenes that isn’t crucial to the entire movie experience and can be easily summarized by the app or your partner after you came back in from your toilet break in whispers. Look at the screen grab of the app below and laugh to your heart’s content. The last peetime is for emergency use only.

The developers were even considerate enough to add in a timer for the app; just start the timer when the movie begins and the app will vibrate in your pocket to let you know when a peetime is approaching, cool, isn’t it? Now you won’t be left wondering when you’re able to go for your toilet break.

To top it off, the app also provides information on whether there’ll be after credits scene to watch, so you don’t have to depend on hearsay or wait till after the credits, only to realize that there’s nothing else to see after waiting for the credits to end.
