Singaporean driving a luxurious Chrysler into Johor Bahru comes under fire after his actions at a petrol station there. According to a Stomper, the man was seen jacking up his wheel in order to tilt his car while pumping petrol. It is a method that many people believe to allow more petrol to be pumped in.
Seems like a smart move at the time, but not many think so. For someone who can afford a luxurious car, why so kiasu and try to squeeze in as much petrol as you can in Malaysia?
Are petrol prices getting too expensive for Singaporeans? Or is this simply another attempt at trying to make use of the low prices in Malaysia? Either way, this better not be a reason for Singapore to step up its customs rules until we can’t pump petrol in Malaysia anymore.
