Yuck…you won’t want to use these dryers after knowing THIS

Sheldon of The Big Bang Theory had every right to freak out at the replacement of paper towels with hand dryers in an episode of the comedy series because according to real life studies, it’s probably the most disgusting device to be invented despite its convenience.

After reading this article, you will probably never want to use them ever again!

Alright, alright so maybe it’s great for the environment besides being convenient. The number of trees you’ll be able to save if you cut down on using paper towels instead will probably even stop climate change and global warming and bring world peace.

Who wouldn’t want that? But then again, how does spreading germs up to 1,300 times more when using hand dryers compared to paper towels make you feel?

Did you know that when you insert your hand under or into these hand dryers, the warm and strong air will actually blow germs around you?

Now, imagine that there are so many other countless people using the device which means that you’ll be practically covered in their germs too if you use the same hand dryer! *horror music plays in the background*.

So the next time you use an electric hand dryer in a public washroom, bear in mind at the bacteria you’re spreading as well as are getting from other people. Nasty. Sounds like a shower will be needed immediately after that.

I know, I know. This is probably the scariest thing you’ve read today but that’s not the end of it. Based on a study conducted in 2014, there is up to 27 times more airborne germ counts around jet air dryers compared to that around paper towel dispensers.

The findings only conclude that with the many, many germs and bugs flying around and all over you, the risk of catching an illness or disease is very high so in actual fact, you’re also risking your health when you use the hand dryer. Omg.

Besides that, there’s no point of using paper towels in a washroom that also uses hand dryers. Why? Because when the germs are blown around everywhere by the hand dryers most people uses for convenience sake, the paper towels get contaminated too. So you’re not safe either way.

Now, if that’s not devastatingly disgusting, I don’t know what is.
