It’s good to be young. I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of that at least four times in your life.

Why four? That’s generally the number of times you’d pay attention at Chinese New Year reunions before you switch your ears, and brains, off.

But for this month only, the saying, it’s good to be young takes on a whole new life. Literally.

The wildlifeto be exact.

From now until 31 Jul, local residents aged 13 to 30 years old can enjoy 1-for-1 admission passes to the Singapore Zoo, River Safari and Jurong Bird Park.

But there’s a catch.

It’s only valid for weekday visits. Yup, Mondays to Fridays.

But that’s actually a pretty good thing.

One, you don’t have to see all that little monsters running around during the weekends. No, I’m not talking about animals. I’m talking about…

And two, the entire zoo’s emptier. Nothing feels better than wandering around the zoo without jostling with crowds, no?

Just take note that for online and onsite purchases, each transaction is limited to 10 tickets per transaction.

The promo is valid for Singaporeans, PRs, employment pass holders, dependent pass and long-term visit pass holders.

The admission passes excludes the following:

  • Amazon River Quest from River Safari, but Reservoir Cruise is included.

Other Terms & Conditions Apply:

  • The Discount is not valid with other promotions, discounts and/or online purchases.
  • Promotion is not valid for tour groups, travel agents, school groups and ParkHopper ticket purchases and SISTIC bookings.
  • Online purchase must be made with Singapore-issued AMEX, MasterCard, Visa cards and NETS Direct Debit cards from DBS, OCBC, POSB and UOB.

You can purchase the tickets at the following places:

Just take note that if you decide to buy the tickets at the ticketing offices, remember to bring along a photo identity document (NRIC, passport or driving licence, etc) to prove your age.

For those who’s not been to the River Safari before (I’m talking about you, Leon Chan), then grab this chance to visit this iconic attraction at half price.

Watch cute otters in their natural habitat, and not staycationing at MBS

And even their gigantic (as well as more endangered) cousins, the Giant Otters.

And if you’re really lucky, you might be able to see red pandas too

Pandas don’t just come in black and white. There are red pandas too, and they’re cute AF.

They’re staying in the Giant Panda zone, so if it’s your lucky day, you might even be able to take a picture.

So what are you waiting for? Time to go visit some attractions overseas tourists specially came to Singapore for, don’t you think?
