Ye Lai Xiang Hot and Cold Cheng Tng

Passed down from 3 generations, we’re impressed their desserts haven’t degraded and are surpassing everyone’s standards. Jamie Oliver’s Amalfi Lemon Meringue Cheesecake
Not surprising that this is on the list, I mean, the owner of the restaurant is a freaking well-known chef! Not your regular cheesecake, this dessert is topped with a lemon meringue that’s about half the cheesecake. Served with a handful of blackcurrants, this dish is perfect after a meal at Jamie Oliver’s.
