CNN ranked the mamasan curry as the number one most delicious dish in the world in an article called World’s 50 most delicious foods. It is a relatively milder and sweeter form of Thai curry. If you are not good with spicy food, there is a chance you’ll enjoy this.
Instant Ice Cream Rolls
Thanks to a video that went viral of a street vendor “frying” ice cream rolls in Phuket, people have been dying to try it. You can find it in the street markets.
Kiean
A deep fried pork sausage that is similar to our ngoh hiang except that the Thais use yam as one of their fillings. It is delicious with a sweet soy sauce.

An immensely popular street food in Phuket. It is filled with many different fillings such as pork, lettuce and shrimp. It is often served with a sweet brown sauce with apricots on top.

Think kway chap but instead of the pork gibblets being stewed, they are deep fried. They are served with sweet soy sauce and taste great with beer. You can kiss your diet goodbye with this dish.
O-Eaw
A fantastic dessert to cool yourself down from all the beach activities in Phuket. It is made up of a banana jelly and crushed ice. You can choose your desired syrup and toppings.
Homok Talay
A spicy steamed curry fish mousse that is a must-try. It is steamed with the leaves of a local plant called Bai Cha-ploo and wrapped in a banana leaf.
