Top students: we all know them. They’re always getting first spot in class, and have girls flocking to them to either to copy their homework or simply to be taught by them. Some of us like them while some of us hate them, but here’s one thing that should be agreed by all: they often lie about these ten things.
And seriously, that pisses the shit out of us.
He always says the examinations are difficult
But let’s face it: it’s chicken feet to him. To him, every examination, even Moral Education examination, is difficult. Come on, Bro, you trying to smoke me?
He always says he has not studied for the exams…
…and yet get full marks for them. Mr Top Student, this is misrepresentation, you know? People might just think that not studying = good grades. Think about the consequences before you speak.
He always says he doesn’t do any revision at home
Here’s the thing: it’s easy to lie about this since no one would see what you’re doing at home. Many men also said they didn’t watch some kind of Japanese videos at home. But do they?
He always says he’s not good enough to teach you
Then who else is eligible? The one who failed all his examinations? It’s good to be humble, but it’s not good to be a liar.
He always says he hasn’t completed his homework
And the moment the teacher stepped in, he handed in his homework. And when you confront him, he’ll say, “Oh, I submitted without doing anything.” You think I three-year-old?
He always says he’s too busy to teach you but teach the girls instead
To be honest, this doesn’t really piss people off because usually, when that happens, he’ll be friendzoned by all the girls. *cue evil laughter*
He always says he’s not aiming to be the top student
But then he became one. Must be luck, right? Right?
He always says he’s not a top student
I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again: It’s good to be humble, but it’s not good to be a liar.
He always says he hates studying
Okay, this is subjective, but at least you do study, right?
He always says he has no tuition
Come on, who do you think spotted the exam questions for you?
