Looking for places to have a special romantic date with bae? Well, look no further. Here are 10 places to go if you want to enjoy time alone with your lover.
Golden Mile Complex
Golden Mile complex’s rooftop, located on the 9th floor, features an expansive space where you can just have fun with your bae.
Pinnacle@Duxton
The Pinnacle @ Duxton is open to the public at the 50th storey  and gives you a beautiful view of the Singapore city skyline. Visitors have to pay an entrance fee of $5 to enter the Sky Garden at Pinnacle@Duxton, but what’s $5 compared to a spectacular view of Singapore and bae? Remember that payment is made by EZ-Link card only, so be sure to top up your card at Outram Park before making your way over!
Blk 190 Toa Payoh
This block in Toa Payoh allows you to access the rooftop. The place features interesting tall and short HDB blocks that look ridiculously good, at least for HDBs. Explore the place with your partner, or if you’re looking for a place with more privacy, try the stairwells.
Orchard Central Shopping Mall
The rooftop at Orchard Shopping mall overlooks Orchard Road and the bustle of activities down below. Check out their Roof Garden where patrons can dine under the skies, which is a bonus if you’re looking for a quiet place to eat and have fun with your partner.
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital features a rooftop vegetable garden. While gardening might not be you and your partner’s thing, check out the view of Lower Seletar reservoir from the rooftop!
Singapore Polytechnic
For those in Singapore Poly, we have got great news for you. If you haven’t been exploring your school much, try the roof tops! They are great places for Instagrammers for their #OOTD.
*SCAPE
*SCAPE is every youth’s favourite haunt, especially the rooftops. There are tall buildings surrounding this youth park, so sit back and relax, and just enjoy the view in the company of your SO.
Suntec City Sky Garden
The Suntec City Sky Garden features many trees and benches that are ideal for couples who want to whisper sweet nothings to each other. There’s even a fountain with benches circling it, so why not head there to have a breezy time with your lover in the city area?
Rochor Centre
Rochor centre is famous for the HDB blocks surrounding the rooftop. They are painted in striking pink, green, blue and yellow, which is a bonus if you and a lover are hardcore Instagrammers. Find a spot to make out while admiring the colours of the HDB! Not that romantic, but at least it’s special and features the quirks of Singapore’s all too familiar HDB!
People’s Park Complex
People’s Park Complex is the iconic building down at Chinatown. Because of its height, you can see the Central Business District pretty well, and we guarantee you that it’s simply breath-taking. If you want a bird’s eye view of Chinatown instead, then turn towards the other side of the building!
