Girls, women, we all love to shop regardless. We shop to relieve stress, to bond with our friends, to check out the latest trend in the market, to just…shop. That’s why they call it retail therapy right?

And guys, let me tell you something. You should be glad your girlfriend loves to shop because this means she is possibly the best girlfriend you ever had. Before you start groaning and turning your faces away, check out the following reasons and decide for yourselves!

When a girl shops, she buys stuff for herself. And you.
A win-win situation don’t you think? Because she shops, she probably will notice items that will suit your fancy and if the price is right, she may just buy it for you as a surprise. Think about it, how many times has your girlfriend or wife surprised you with a gift? I’m pretty sure it’s more than the times you have.

Accompany her for her shopping trips,  and you might find inspiration on what to get her
For her birthday/anniversary/Valentine’s Day! You won’t even need to wreck your brains out since she may have pointed out certain items along the way that she would “love to have” but conveniently turned to you and said, “But it’s ok if I don’t have it also la. I’m just saying.”

Shopping also allows us to keep our figures in check when we try on clothes. If our usual sizes don’t seem to fit anymore, we know it’s time for a diet, which also means saving money on your next meal.

A shopper girlfriend/wife will know exactly what you can get your female friend for her birthday /anniversary/ wedding/engagement/ whatever. Accompany her but let her pick out the item. I’m putting this point in only because my husband is an events person and sometimes when he is at a loss on the procurement of some event props, he will consult me. A shopper girl will even be able to give you a list of shops and their prices for comparison. How cool is that!

She will know where to get the best deals for different kinds of outfits and accessories
Because she moves around so much, your shopper girlfriend/wife will be an expert in locating the right outfits, accessories, household items, appliances for the best prices around the island. This saves you both loads of time and money in the long run, which is really quite a good deal.

Shopper girlfriends/wives tend to be a lot more cheerful
Why? Because they are always able to look at beautiful clothes and shoes and accessories. Who wouldn’t be happy looking at pretty stuff all the time?
