Owned by local celebrities Michelle Chong and Cynthia Koh, Mischief is a casual and playful dining establishment dishing out American Street Food that is located at The Esplanade. There is no GST nor service charge at the restaurant, so the prices you see on the menus is really what you’ll get! Plus, you might even see one of the ladies at the restaurant if you are in luck!

2. PARK at Holland Village by Adam Chen

Adam Chen hasn’t been too active with its acting stints, but his restaurant establishments are proving otherwise. I’ve been to PARK at Holland Village a couple of times, and their Mac & Cheese always hits the right spot.  Other must-try dishes from this cafe by day, bar by night also include their Truffle Fries and Spam Chips!

The story goes that Pornsak’s restaurant almost failed, they were running out of money, no savings, and no chefs to cook for the restaurant. But, at the very last moment, his restaurant gained publicity and people knew about the existence of Porn’s Sexy Thai Food. And like they say, the rest is history. Today, it’s thriving so well that he has opened a few other establishments.

Located at Satay By The Bay, Wholly Crab is a casual seafood joint that serves seafood by the bucket – something like what other Louisiana seafood establishments in Singapore are doing – let’s not name names. The difference lies in the sauces offered which incorporates both local and Asian flavors.
