Listen to her
And we mean, really listen to her. Not just sitting beside her and using your phone, with words in one ear and out the next. Look at her and genuinely listen. If she cares enough to share her day with you, do take the time to listen and try to understand her.
Surprise her every now and then
Not just on special occasions but on unexpected days. Nothing beats a smile on her face when you surprise her with impromptu plans like a picnic at the park, a dinner date out or even simpler gifts like her favourite chocolate or a stalk of a flower.
Be decisive
“What would you like for dinner?”
“Anything lor. You decide la.”
Though this could be vice versa in the relationship, there’s nothing suckier than having to be stressed out every day over what to have for meals.
Don’t question her
Instead, ask her in another way that’s less insulting. You wouldn’t want her to feel insecure about herself or like you’re restricting her freedom to do what she likes.
Do your share of the housework
Help her out and do a fair share of house chores. The responsibility is equal and if you’re not helping, her patience would run out sooner or later. Even if she’s willing to be a happy housewife, helping her out with the chores without asking will only score you points.
Genuinely make an effort to bond with her family and friends
Her friends and family mean everything to her and making an effort shows her the commitment and seriousness you have and how much she means to you.
Don’t ignore her when she’s with you
Casting her aside while you play your video game would only make her feel lonely and like she’s not worth your time and attention. Show her she’s the center of your world and she’ll definitely smile like she’s the happiest girl in the world.
Be proud to show her off
In other words, don’t be afraid to be seen with her. Not exactly full blown PDA but rather, little signs of affection that shows you’re happily taken and wouldn’t trade her for anyone else in the world.
Make her laugh and feel secure
Ask anyone, even a male and he’ll say security is one of the most important factors that’s necessary for a relationship. Laughter would not only bring about closeness in the bond but also happy days for the couple.
Compliment her
Women love compliments and nothing would make her feel better and more confident about herself than you saying that she likes it or that she looks stunning in that outfit.
Now you know what’ll keep your girl happy. Though it sounds like quite a number of demands, you would do nothing anything to keep a smile on your princess’ face, wouldn’t you?
