With a crispy outer skin, this delicacy reminds us of the famous xiao long bao. On the inside, it is filled with dumpling fillings with a generous amount of soup.

One bite and you’ll feel the juices leaking out of the dumpling onto your taste bud. Our mouths are already watering at the thought of it.
