17YO Strolls Around HDB Masturbating & Pokes Woman Sleeping In Flat With 90cm Stick

As you can see from the title already, there’s a lot of things happening here, so let’s just break it down a little so that it’s easier to comprehend what actually happened.

It all started when 17-year-old Sooriyamoorthi K developed sexual desires after he saw women around his housing block from April this year (Thanks, Captain Obvious).

For some reason, he decided to act on those sexual desires by walking around his housing block with his genitals exposed.

When he sees these unsuspecting women, he would flash them and masturbate in front of them.

Others get off in front of a screen, he gets off in public. 

But that’s not the point. The point is the poking.

The Poking

On 28 April, he suddenly felt those urges around midnight and decided to go on a hunt for his victim so that he could feel better. He went to the 11th floor and looked through the window of one of the housing units. He saw a 35-year-old Vietnamese lady sleeping inside, but her face wasn’t very clear.

Going around and looking into people’s windows? Umm.. Creep alert.

To solve this, he was quick in his thinking and grabbed a 90cm long wooden stick from nearby. He extended the stick through her window to poke her with it.

He was hoping that his continuous poking would cause her to turn and expose her face to him so that he could determine if she was pretty or not.

It’s as if he thinks she’s some bear in an enclosure. This whole thing sounds really comical, but it did happen.

He poked her three times in the shoulder. If he thought she was pretty, he would expose himself and masturbate in front of her. What the creep, indeed.

But the lady woke up and immediately grabbed the stick, causing him to run away.

Alas, he therefore wasn’t caught. Yet.

The Exposure To The Wrong Lady

Sooriyamoorthi later developed sexual desires for a domestic helper of a 70-year-old lady who lived on the sixth floor. He even fondled himself in front of her at the lift lobby in the afternoon on 9 June.

A month later on 25 July, he noticed the domestic helper helping the 70-year-old lady out of their flat. In hopes of wanting to expose himself to the domestic helper, he unzipped his pants and walked down the corridor with his genitals exposed.

How classy. 

But his hopes were crushed when only the elderly lady saw his genitals instead.

Yikes.

The elderly lady reported this incident to the police the next day.

Finally, he got caught.

Court Hearing

The prosecution found that he was suitable for probation and reminded him not to re-offend again, taking into account that the chances of him re-offending are moderate to high.

It was said that if he were to comply with all the programmes and did not re-offend, he would have a clean record.

However, if he doesn’t learn from his mistakes and chooses to re-offend, he will be given a harsher sentence.

He has to remain indoors from 10pm to 6am, perform 120 hours of community service, be monitored electronically and he has to attend treatment programmes for his sexual offending behaviour and alcohol use. His parents also paid a $5,000 bond to guarantee his good behaviour.

Sooriyamoorthi could have been jailed up to a year and fined for insulting the modesty of a woman. He could also have been jailed up to three months and fined $1,500 for using criminal force.

Hopefully, he learns his lesson and doesn’t traumatise the people around him again.

And also, don’t expose your banana to a 70YO. It won’t end well.
