How far are you willing to go for Pokemon GO? As much as $20,000, an amount which can get you a second-hand car and still have change to spare?
In Singapore, a rare Pokemon can net you anywhere from $3-20 while a Pokemon GO account can be sold for as low as $80 to a couple of hundred bucks, depending on the amount of Pokemon and items.
Well, if you thought you’ve seen everything, you’re wrong.

Here are the 5 most expensive Pokemon GO accounts getting sold so far, and the last one is probably going to make you go bonkers.
1. ra1ndr0pz
The least on the list is an account named ra1ndr0pz, a level 40 account with a 3,375 CP Dragonite. It should also be noted that this account is likely hacked so the buyer might run the risk of getting banned.
2. Anonymous
You’ll go apeshit when you see this. A level 21 account with 160 Poke coins, 27 Hyper potions and Magikarps was sold for $1,500 (S$2,014).
But of course, this was sold when the game was just launched in the US so it was considered among the top few Pokemon GO accounts during that period. We bet the owner is probably jumping mad after the purchase.

Third on the list is a level 38 account with high CP Pokemon like Dragonite, Vaporean and Gyarados. This is also likely to be a hacked account as it’s practically impossible to reach that level at this point in time.
4. Rivenzxw
Sold for 7,300 pounds, or S$12757 is this level 23 Pokemon GO account that was sold on 19 Jul 2016. Yup, it’s in the 5-digit zone now.
If you thought nothing can go higher than that, think again because the last one will get you training your Pokemon GO account like crazy and sell it away. Maybe.

5. Adrian Allen
And finally, the best for the last. This man could just be the best Pokemon GO player in the world.
He was interviewed by a news station and claimed to have walked 9 miles a day and lost 12 pounds to reach level 30. He managed to sell his account on eBay for US$15,000(S$20142).
Unfortunately, the transaction was blocked by eBay due to violating Niantic guidelines. Well, at least it got him his 30 minutes of fame.
