Many of the food places there are as authentic as they can get, and even if you have dull tastebuds, the explosion of flavours when you makan the dishes below will tell you just how good they are! This Chinese restaurant is immensely popular at all times, not just during CNY. Their daily high tea buffet will definitely capture the hearts of dim-sum lovers!

Lee Tong Kee Ipoh Hor Fun Restaurant

Located in the relatively new Chinatown food street, the orh lua is crispy on the outside – a complete contrast to the tender and fresh oysters.

Similarly located in the Chinatown food street (which has lots of other super good picks by the way), the famous claypot frog porridge from Geylang has opened a stall here and caters to customers who aren’t fond of visiting the crowded Geylang.
