Thinking of things to do on your next weekend trip to Johor Bahru?
Why not visit 38 Degree Celcius Onsen Spa, a health and wellness spa that specialises in providing a Japanese-themed experience for customers.
Several treatments are offered at the spa, including:
- Japanese Wellness Therapy Package
- Onsen Package
- Body Scrub and Mask
- Onsen Full Package
The Japanese Wellness Therapy Package costs 198RM (~S$60) per pax and comes with Japanese wellness therapy (60 minutes), a foot bath (10 minutes) and detox essential oil.
The Onsen Package also costs 198RM (~S$60) per pax and comes with a Japanese onsen bath (45 minutes), foot bath (10 minutes) and dessert.
Finally, the Body Scrub and Mask costs 198RM (~S$60) per pax and 346RM (~S$105) per couple and comes with a body scrub, body mask, foot bath (10 minutes) and kimono experience.
According to a staff member, their most popular treatment is the Onsen Full Package, which includes Japanese wellness therapy (60 minutes), Japanese onsen bath (45 minutes), foot bath (10 minutes), dessert, and a Kimono experience.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the hot spring water used in the onsen bath can warm the meridians, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, making one feel refreshed and relaxed.
The hot spring water with added fulvic acid is also able to open your skin’s pores while regulating oil balance, resulting in slippery smooth skin after soaking.
The Onsen Full Package originally costs 328RM (~S$100) per pax but the spa is currently having a promotion at these prices:
- RM599 (~S$182) per couple
- RM896 (~S$272) for 3 pax
To make a booking, simply drop the spa a message on WhatsApp at +60 11-7019 7499.
