17YO Boy Charged With Molest Of Three Women
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with three counts of outrage of modesty after he molested three women.
Khamalhan Kavnor Subramaniam, a Malaysian teenager, first allegedly touched the private parts of a 79-year-old woman while she was squatting in an eighth-storey corridor at a block in Whampoa.
Minutes later, he reportedly touched the buttocks of a 49-year-old woman in a lift at a nearby block in Bendemeer.
He then groped a 73-year-old at the seventh-storey lift landing of another Bendemeer block at around 10 pm.

Brawl Breaks Out At Geylang Coffee Shop
Two men reportedly exchanged blows at a coffee shop near Lorong 37 Geylang after a night out at a nightclub.
The fight occurred at around 3am on Monday. The two men got into a heated argument which escalated and later turned physical.
According to Shin Min Daily News, a friend tried to stop the fight, but his attempts were in vain.
The police were soon called and eight police cars were seen at the scene.

SFA Clears Sushi Restaurant Of Salmonella After Customer’s Complaint
The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has said that the Salmonella bacteria was not detected in food samples taken from Itacho Sushi at Jewel Changi Airport.
This comes in response to a customer, Mr Marc Wong, who claimed in a Facebook post that his wife had contracted a salmonella infection after dining at the restaurant.
However, the SFA conducted an inspection of the sushi restaurant and said that Salmonella was not detected in the samples.
They did, however, discover that one food handler was not registered.

NUS Student Who Was Charged With Taking Upskirt Photos Given Leave Of Absence
A National University of Singapore (NUS) student was made to appear in court after allegedly taking upskirt videos of women on campus, at an MRT station, and other locations between April and August this year.
Following an internal investigation by NUS, 23-year-old Luah Chao Zhi has been placed on a mandatory leave of absence since 2 September.
Luah faces five counts of insulting a woman’s modesty and will appear before an NUS board of discipline next month.

42YO Man Fined For Punching Pump Attendant & Driving Drunk
A 42-year-old father of three has been fined $7,000 and also disqualified from driving for two years for drink driving and punching a pump attendant.
Kee Kian Chong punched a pump attendant twice in the face after he was asked to move his car.
A year later, Kee drove drunk and parked his vehicle at a bus stop in Eu Tong Sen Street. He later raised his voice at a police officer and behaved aggressively towards him.
Officers later discovered he had 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
