Yes, I know we’re a bit late when it comes to writing about the Apple store but better late than never, right?
So I was looking through the internet when I came across the date of opening for our very own, Singapore’s first Apple retail store. And it’s opening on 27 May 2017!
That’s a short 5 days away, my dear friends and fellow apple fans.

So being the awesome writer (not really) that I am, I decided to dig deeper and find out what exactly can you expect from the store.
I mean, sell iPhone only mah, no meh?
Nope. It’s more than that.
Here are 5 things you can expect from the new Apple Store on Orchard Road that’ll turn you into an Apple fan. #ThisOneNoJoke
1. First Apple Store in S’pore AND S.E.A
Always wanted to brag about Singapore? Next time, tell your overseas friends that not only is this the first Apple Store in Singapore, it’s the first in the entire South East Asia as well!
Opening on 27 May 2017, the store will be opened from 10am-10pm daily!
2. Singapore Idol Season 3 Winner Live Performance
A fan of home grown talent? Then you can’t miss Apple’s grand opening which will feature an exclusive performance by Singapore Idol Season 3 winner, Sezairi Sezali, who will be performing an acoustic set live.Â

They have geniuses within the store. Wait-what? Okay, not exactly geniuses like Albert Einstein, but they have staff who are trained to troubleshoot and repair your Apple devices. And their job title is Genius.Â

I can see how the conversation is going to be like:

Oh, I’m working as a genius.

4. Red Dot Heroes
No, not Lim Bo Seng or Lee Kuan Yew, but we’re talking about creative people whose works has put our little red dot, Singapore, on the world stage.
The Apple Store will be hosting sessions called Today at Apple where they engage well-known creative people to hold teaching sessions for people like you and me. Expect to learn street photography from Chia Aik Seng, filmmaking from Boo Junsheng and illustrations from Kristal Melson.
And get this: you can attend these lessons for free!Â

Experts are excited about the Apple Store opening in Singapore. After all, it’s where you can see the famous Apple customer service standards where they bring retail experience to a higher level.
And just by listening to what they have in store for you, I can see why.
After all, bringing in creative experts to teach you how to take street photography, make movies and many other edutainment courses not only let you learn a new skill but to understand and use the full potential of your Apple device.
Now, that’s absolutely genius! #SorryButNotSorry #BadPunButSoGood
