Why? Are these sexual deviants so overcome with their perversions that they can’t control themselves? Of course not. They just choose not to.

57YO Cleaner ‘Persistently’ Molested Teenager Who Was Walking Her Cat

A 57-year-old cleaner was sentenced to three weeks’ jail on Monday (30 Dec) after he molested a 19-year-old woman who was out walking her cat.

The man pleaded-

Reader: Wait, what?

What?

Reader: Cats can be walked meh? I thought they usually took humans out for a walk?

Well, I guess if you attach a leash to anything it can be walked. Even cats.

The man, Sahul Hamid Abdul Salam, pleaded guilty to outraging the woman’s modesty after he kissed her and touched her on the buttocks.

Approached her at void deck

The victim, whose identity is protected by gag order, was walking her cat at the void deck of her block at about 8pm on 6 May.

Sometime later, Sahul approached her and started chatting about himself and his family.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Tan Zhi Hao said that while the victim did not know him, she had seen him around the neighbourhood and felt compelled to listen to him, even though she felt uncomfortable.

Seconds after Sahul approached, the victim’s cat ran away.

Both Sahul and the young woman followed the runaway feline and stopped at a staircase landing on the first floor where they continued talking.

The teenager felt uncomfortable, but she did not leave because she did not want to offend Sahul, who was “really drunk”.

Forced a kiss on her and grabbed her buttocks

At one point, Sahul suddenly grabbed her hand and kissed her cheek. He then placed his hand on the back of her neck and kissed her cheek again.

Shocked and confused, the teenager didn’t know what to do, but Sahul stopped her from escaping by placing his hands on her neck and cheek and trying to kiss her lips.

The 19-year-old covered her mouth and turned her head away, but the man forced a kiss on her left cheek.

Sahul released the victim and told her not to tell anyone what he had done. But even after saying that, he still had the gall to grab her buttock as she was going up the stairs.

Caught on CCTV

After telling her mother about the incident at home, the woman reported it to the police.

Fortunately for her, a closed-circuit television camera installed at the staircase landing captured the assault.

Sahul was identified and arrested a day later. He later pleaded guilty to his actions.

Even though, as the prosecutor said, Sahul was “persistent and deliberate” in molesting the victim, he only got three weeks in jail.

Is that really enough?

For using criminal force on the victim intending to outrage her modesty, he could have been jailed for up to two years, fined, or both. He cannot be caned as he is above 50.
