You’ll have to loosen your purse strings to dine here, but it’s worth every cent. Dinner comes at a $90++ per person, but you’re given a course of 14 dishes.

Here’s the fun bit – You’ve got NO MENU to look at. Every dish is carefully sourced and planned by the chef daily.

A bite of the truffle pasta here is all you need to die and float to heaven.

The burrata salad they serve at this Italian joint is a crowd-pleaser. Other dishes here that you must try are the pizza carma e rucola and tiramisu.

This restaurant by Mandarin Oriental serves fantastic food with excellent service. No single detail is left unattended.

Fall in love with the vitello tonnato – it’s made out of organic veal and served with arugula, black truffle and a tuna espuma sauce.

Polish your meal off with the te’nero e ciliegia. This is not your usual take on chocolate mousse, as it’s been infused with Earl Grey tea. The dessert is paired with a cherry Morello sorbet and a pistachio crust.

Sharpen up your knife skills and slice into the tender/juicy perfection of their Wagyu T-Bone steaks. The dish comes with sides of broccolini, cherry tomatoes, creamy spinach and Tuscan fries.

The rabbit tortellini and squid ink pasta’s pretty good too if you’re feeling adventurous.

Don’t let the simplicity of this restaurant fool you. The bartender’s a warm and friendly guy, the ambience is just right and the food is VERY good.

If you’ve got a friend who’s gluten-free, bring her over here for a delightful meal. The signature dishes here are the Caprese salad, the Meat Lover Pizza and yes, our very own Singapore sling!

The tip of the icing here is the view of the river that’s just around the edge.
