Working in the CBD area can sometimes cause a strain on your wallet because let’s admit it – it’s pretty hard to find something there that’s both affordable and tastes good. Don’t get me wrong, there are tons of hawker centres and stalls around, but sometimes, eating chap cai png or bak chor mee every day is no fun. At times, we still need to explore alternate food options to spice up our working lives and for us to have something to look forward to. Food always gets us going, right?
1.Superbowl – Circular Road
At Superbowl, you can get Salmon and Chirashi Dons – with a mix of fresh salmon, tuna and swordfish sashimi slices for only S$10 nett. Okay, I admit that this doesn’t fall under the S$10 category, but we couldn’t resist recommending this place because the fact that we can find such sashimi bowls at S$10 is already a steal.
