Recently, there has been much hype about how prices of wedding banquets are hitting a new high. That’s rather worrying for those who are planning to get married, or intend to this year.

Well, don’t worry, look no further—here are some restaurants where prices are still affordable, relatively.

LingZhi Vegetarian (Liat Towers)
Good news for those who are vegetarian! LingZhi Vegetarian is the perfect venue for your wedding celebration. Their creative vegetarian cuisine appeals to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. It’s convenient location at Orchard Road is also a plus point!

Ling Zhi Vegetarian offers their Wedding Bliss package for $468, with a minimum of 8 tables and a maximum of 15 tables.

Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant
Located at Victoria Street, Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant is an ideal and convenient location for your wedding banquet. It is situated in Grand Hotel Pacific, and can host banquets for up to 350 guests.

Prices ranges from $558 for a weekday wedding lunch, to $588 for a weekend dinner package.

Shin Yeh
Shin Yeh is the only restaurant in Singapore that offers authentic Taiwanese cuisine. If you’re looking for something unique, why not go fwith Taiwanese food for your ceremony, and at an affordable price to boot! If you’re interested in something like that, Shin Yeh is the place to go. $568 for a weekday table? That’s amazing.

Ban Heng Pavilion
Cupid wedding package starts from $588 per table on a weekday, and $618 on weekends. On top of that, you and your guests get to enjoy a view overlooking Resort World Sentosa and its amazing fireworks display!

Tim Palace
Located right in the heart of Singapore, Tim Palace in SAFRA Toa Payoh @ Level 3 boasts of a pillar-less ballroom, superior sound system and custom lighting. What’s better is its wedding package which goes for S$599 nett per table. What are you waiting for?

Qian Xi Bliss Garden

Tung Lok Seafood at Upper Jurong
At Tung Lok Seafood in Upper Jurong, be prepared to enjoy authentic Chinese food in Tung Lok’s Atica Ballroom. Tung Lok Seafood Restaurant offers their Eternity wedding package at $788 on Weekdays, and $868 on Weekends.

Village Hotel at Changi
Check out the Enchanting Wedding package for wedding lunches! It starts from $788 per table, and the food is scumptous.In addition, there is a complimentary one-night stay in Executive Suite, and breakfast at a café. Imagine waking up to the sunrise on your first day of marriage.

Peach Garden @ Thomson Plaza
Last, but not least on our list is Peach Garden @ Thomson Plaza. We’ve included this because the service they offer seemed pretty unique to us. Hear this, if you’ve booked a ballroom and wants to cater for your banquet, they offer special services like drop-off catering and on-site cooking by experienced chefs. Of course, in order for them to provide chefs for on-site cooking, there must be a kitchen at your wedding location. Their Pearl package goes for $888 per table.
