Remember this?
This extremely salty but amazing snack that your mum only bought for you from time to time.
They disappeared from the shelves of Singapore back in August 2015 because the supplier in Singapore decided to cut the product off.
It was a very sad day for us.
But guess what? It’s now back in Singapore again because of one supermarket chain.
Giant.
*They’ve officially become my favourite supermarket liao.*
Now there’s no need to go online to order your favourite snack again! That is if you actually do. I believe most of you will just go meh, I’ll find my next favourite then.
But now, you can relive your childhood right here in Singapore!
Giant Singapore said that they saw a market for this beloved product in Singapore and decided to work with their supplier to bring it directly from the US.
The response was overwhelming for the first weekend when the hypermarket first stocked this on their shelves.
But you don’t have to worry about it running out because Giant pledged to make sure there’s plenty of Chicken in a Biskit to go around.
Each box of Chicken in a Biskit is selling at $3.50. I’ve not been to check it out yet, but I hope the green colour Chicken in a Biskit is available here too.
That’s waaaay better than the original flavour.
Now, if only A&W can see our article on them and see that there’s a market for A&W here as well. #OneCanOnlyHope
