Three Former Police NSFs Plead Guilty Over Hazing That Involved Pinning Colleague to Bed

Three former police full-time national servicemen (NSFs) pleaded guilty on 5 November 2026 to using criminal force after restraining another NSF on a bed during group hazing.

A gag order bars publication of the victims’ and offenders’ identities and the location.

Victim Held Down

CNA’s court report said the three held the victim’s limbs down, then took turns tapping their private parts against his forearms and legs.

The incident happened between August and September 2023. The prosecution said the victim felt embarrassed and disgusted.

One offender also admitted offences involving a second serviceman, including licking his neck and twisting his nipple.

Sentencing in December

Prosecutors sought short detention and community service orders for all three. Their lawyer said they had apologised.

Sentencing was adjourned to December for reports assessing suitability for community service.
