Another Man Steps Forward to Accuse Designer Alexander Wang of Sexual Assault

The spate of sexual misconduct never seems to end.

Another man has come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct by renown American designer Alexander Wang.

Keaton Bullen is a 21-year-old student from New York’s Parsons School of Design. He was at the Fishbowl club on 24 August 2019 where he had met Wang.

As reported by the BBC, they were talking about Bullen’s school, which was Wang’s alma mater. After offering him vodka and leading him to the dance floor, Wang inappropriately touched Bullen.

“All of a sudden he unzipped my trousers, put his hands in my pants and started grabbing my penis in front of a bunch of people,” he said. “I completely froze.

“He then said: ‘I want to take you home with me.”

Bullen felt “weirded out” and immediately removed himself from the situation.

He Said, She Said Situation

However, Wang’s lawyer is confident that the CCTV footage from the nightclub—which they are waiting to receive—will completely invalidate Bullen’s allegations.

According to The Straits Times, Mr Bullen does not seek legal action but instead felt responsible to speak about his experience in order to support others who had done so but were labelled as “liars”.

Multiple others have spoken out about Alexander Wang’s sexual misconduct online, including British Model Owen Mooney and DJ Gia Garrison. Both involved Wang touching them inappropriately.

The situation has escalated to the point where the high profile lawyer Lisa Bloom is representing 11 men with misconduct allegations against the designer. Mooney is one of them.

Another of Lisa Bloom’s clients, David Casavant, recently alleged to The New York Times that Mr Wang had pulled down his pants and underwear at a club in New York in the same year.

Other anonymous claims describing similar encounters also surfaced on two fashion watchdog accounts on Instagram, @DietPrada and @ShitModelManagement, stated The Straits Times.

So far, Alexander Wang has denied all statements of sexual misconduct. Calling them “lies”, he said, “I have never engaged in the atrocious behaviour described and would never conduct myself in the manner that’s been alleged.”
