More Rain Expected in First 2 Weeks of April, But Itโ€™ll Still be Hot

We are all too familiar with the recent weather patterns: hot, hotter, and hottest. Itโ€™s as if the entire country has transformed into a sauna.

However, thereโ€™s a silver lining on the horizon.

More Rain Expected in the First Two Weeks of April

Thankfully, this isnโ€™t an April Foolsโ€™ joke by the NEA.

The good news is that the first half of April 2024 is expected to be wetter than the past two weeks.

Moderate to heavy thundery showers are anticipated across Singapore on most afternoons, which should bring some relief from the heat.

The forecast suggests that the total rainfall for the first two weeks of April 2024 will be near the average for most parts of the island.

Although more showers are expected during the initial half of April, daily maximum temperatures are still likely to range between 34ยฐC and 35ยฐC on most days.

However, temperatures may climb above 35ยฐC on days with less cloud coverage.

So, itโ€™s still a good idea to keep your umbrella handy.
