The woman has been dismissed from another food chain, Nando’s Malaysia, on 17 October, after just one day of employment.
The reason?
It was for violating company policies by posting photos of staff-only areas at a Nando’s outlet in Sunway Putra Mall.
Nando’s Malaysia confirmed the dismissal in a statement shared on social media, explaining that she had failed to disclose her previous employment experiences (i.e. the infamous viral incident) during the hiring process.
On her first day, she proceeded to upload images of restricted areas within the restaurant on her social media account, breaching company confidentiality guidelines.

Following her termination, the restaurant took the precaution of thoroughly disinfecting and deep cleaning the premises.
But how did she get…”caught”?
Social Media Sparks Her Immediate Dismissal
Apparently, her social media activity, where she posted photos of the kitchen and storeroom areas, caught the attention of netizens.
Some individuals were quick to notify Nando’s about her online behaviour, particularly in light of her previous viral scandal at Auntie Anne’s.
She had uploaded a series of images on XiaoHongShu, documenting her first day at the Nando’s outlet, including selfies and photos of food preparation areas.

In one post, she encouraged her followers to visit the Nando’s location while mentioning how delicious the day’s chicken was.
However, her posts soon backfired, with concerned social media users alerting the company about her presence, leading to her swift dismissal.
Interestingly, this latest incident follows a pattern of contentious behaviour from her.
Before her brief tenure at Nando’s, she had worked at McDonald’s, where she stirred controversy with allegations of sexual harassment against a manager.
The manager involved denied the accusations, claiming that he was on medical leave during the period in question, and has since filed a police report to refute the claims.

McDonald’s Malaysia has also lodged a complaint with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission concerning her social media posts.
Her Instagram account, where the allegations were initially made, has since been deleted.
