Previously, my good man friend Shawn wrote about this group of kids who decide it’s fun to break the rules and advertise it on the internet.
If you thought that’s bad, wait till you hear about what this dude did.
Man Who Was Caught Once for Breaking CB Rules Went for Illegal PMD Gathering 3 Days Later
His name is Fadhl Ahmad Rosli.
On 22 Apr 2020 at about 5.30am, he met with several people who do not stay together with him.
If you remember, during that time, you’re not even supposed to meet your girlfriend who’s been texting you I miss you babe a thousand times the night before, not to mention your friends.
But Fadhl decided to do it anyway and was caught by police officers on a routine patrol.
Case closed, once bitten twice shy and all that jazz, right?
Even though he was under investigation, he decided he needed to meet his friends again.
And three days later on 25 Apr 2020, he met up with 11 other friends at 1am near Marina Bay Sands bayfront.
Went On A PMD Joyride
After spending some time at the bayfront, the group decided to relocate to Mount Faber on their PMDs.
LTA-Lite44: Wait, PMDs? I thought I’ve banned them-
Yeah, not you exactly, but they were banned from footpaths and roads.
LTA-Lite44: So why do they still have PMDs?
I don’t know, maybe to ride on the grass patches?
Anyway, that’s not the end of it.
Along the way, they met up with other people who are also riding PMDs.
So what do they do?
They allowed them to join in.
It was then, at around 3.30am, that the group of PMD riders were spotted by a police officer.
The officer saw nine PMDs sped by, with some of them carrying pillion riders and ordered them to stop.
Tried Fleeing The Scene
Now, if you were to look at the actions of the group beforehand, what do you think will happen?
Yes, they ran.
The PMDs all split up and fled the scene.
The police officer gave chase and managed to snag one of them, 17-year-old Karthik Naidu Balakrishnan.
No, there was nothing said about any flying kicks.
And as the saying goes, the rest is history.
4 More Unidentified
The police questioned Karthik and managed to identify 11 other people:

Four more people have yet to be identified, but going by how efficient the SPF is, it probably won’t be that way for long.
Fadhl was fined $1,500 for his offences. 23-year-old Muhammad Husain and 25-year-old Izzati were fined $1,000 each.
The other cases are still pending.
